This prestigious national competition, held on 4th to 8th August 2025, brought together some of the brightest and most promising professionals in Kenya’s hospitality and tourism industry. Among the highlights of the competition was the stellar performance by Brian Karisa, a talented sous chef from PrideInn Paradise, who emerged as the First Overall Winner. His achievement is a testament to his passion and discipline and the culture of mentorship and continuous improvement that defines our kitchens.
