This prestigious national competition, held on 4^th to 8^th August 2025, brought together some of the brightest and most promising professionals in Kenya’s hospitality and tourism industry. It is a platform designed to sharpen skills, foster teamwork, and inspire innovation, values that lie at the heart of PrideInn’s vision of redefining hospitality in Kenya.

Among the highlights of the competition was the stellar performance by Brian Karisa, a talented sous chef from PrideInn Paradise, who emerged as the First Overall Winner. His achievement is a testament to his passion and discipline and the culture of mentorship and continuous improvement that defines our kitchens.

Our PrideInn team members also excelled across multiple categories, earning recognition for their creativity, professionalism, and ability to deliver the PrideInn Touch, the warmth, quality, and consistency that our guests experience at each of our properties.
